It is required to fill out your marriage license application online no more than 90 days before your ceremony. Important: You are applying for a legal document.Make sure the name you enter exactly matches the name on your government issued ID you will be using to get your marriage license.

Can you get married in Vegas if you are already married?

Okay, this is an interesting question that we can interpret in 2 different ways. The answer is yes and a BIG no! If you are already married and asking to marry the same person then it would be called a vow renewal. That is a resounding YES!

Otherwise, the answer is definitely not! In Nevada, under NRS 201.170, knowingly marrying someone who is already married would be a category D felony.

If you are anything like us you don't know or ever want to learn what a category D felony is so please end that marriage with an annulment or get a divorce.

If you were widowed, we are super sorry and our heart's go out to you, but legally that would mean you are no longer married.

No, You do not need a marriage license to renew your wedding vows. Vegas Weddings will make you a special vow renewal certificate in a nice white holder or you can go to the Clark County Marriage License Bureau and get an official Renewal of Vows certificate, but it is not required.
