Rescheduling Vegas Weddings offers one complimentary reschedule, so long as the request is made before your final balance is due. Additional schedule changes will cost $100. Should you choose to indefinitely postpone, your payments will be applicable to your new ceremony date for one year from the date you made the initial reservation.
Cancellations You're welcome to cancel, but there are no refunds. We will hold your payments as a credit for a future reservation. Sorry, there are no credits for reception packages. Please find credit details below.
7 Days or more in advance: If you cancel more than 7 days before the ceremony, you may use 100% of your payments towards a new, future reservation. Your payments are valid for one year from the date the initial reservation was made.
Within 7 days: If a cancellation is made in less than 7 days, you may use the payments made - less a $100 fee - towards a new reservation in the future. In order to use this credit you must make a new reservation one year from the day the initial reservation was made.
3 days or 72 hours before the scheduled ceremony: Should a cancellation occur within 72 hours of your event, please be aware you are forfeiting the reservation entirely. All payments received will be retained by Vegas Weddings to cover the costs incurred for your event preparations. If you choose to make a new reservation with us in the future, there will be no transfer of payments or credit from the prior reservation.
A surcharge of 19% will be added to all balances due. The surcharge includes tips, gratuities, filing & recording fees, permits, coordination & supervision fees, clean-up/set-up costs, duplication & copy fees, applicable taxes (including but not limited to payroll, property, employment, fuel & communication taxes), commissions & bonuses, credit card & bank fees, licensing fees, etc.
This is separate from and does not cover your Minister/Offficiant’s gratuity.
A gratuity for your limo driver is appreciated but not required. No envelope will be issued for this gratuity. Tips are customarily given upon the return ride.
